Pets2fly did an incredible job from start to finish! Highly recommend! I was moving from Israel to the US after working abroad for two years and my Labrador was flying with me. After attempting to work with another agency who wasn’t responsive, wasn’t clear on requirements, etc., I reached out to Pets2fly as a referral. After speaking with them for just 10 minutes I felt instantly more at ease. Mattan was clear on what was needed, booked the flight quickly, and was incredibly responsive through email and WhatsApp throughout the process. I was also flying solo and Mattan came with me to the airport and helped me navigate everything. The price was also very reasonable and cheaper than what I was quoted elsewhere. If you’re navigating traveling with your pet to/from Israel, then definitely work with Mattan and the Pets2fly team!
Mattan at Pets2Fly was fantastic at helping with all my questions and documentation in taking my 13 year old dog, Lola, to Israel. He was always happy to chat, responded quickly to my WhatsApp messages and emails and kept me updated with all the progress. I used their services to import my Rottweiler from Italy to Israel. From the beginning had a great communication, they know their job well. I just payed and found my dog in Israel (even with all the problematics of a dangerous breed). I highly recommend their services.

I would like to thank Matan for his patient, responsible and fast service. We moved to the UK and tried to bring our dog Malka once, but unsuccessfully. We didn't meet one of the UK authority requirements (they are strict) and had to start the process from the beginning. In the second time, we took Manat's VIP service (door to door) and it was definitely the right choice. We got an update in every single stage and eventually she have arrived faster than expected (she was waiting in Heathrow for about 20min instead of couple of hours). The VIP service saves time and helps to bring your pet faster. Thanks Matan and Pet2Fly team!!!!!
