We moved from Luxembourg to New Brunswick in Canada and Gradlyn helped us for our 5 cats relocation. They came in their new home calm, healthy and we were all happy to see us again. The team was very comprehensive regarding our concerns and managed perfectly the transportation by road to Frankfurt and the cats were quietly waiting their flight in the lobby. Thanks a lot!

We flew with our Dog from Frankfurt to Dubai because we moved from Germany to the UAE. The support and handling from Gradlyn was great. Our dog was treated very well at the pet station at Frankfurt Airport and securely transported to the aircraft! I would do it every time again with Gradlyn once we should take a flight again with our dog. My recommendation to everyone who wants to fly with their dog.

We reached out to Gradlyn about a month and a half ago and they sent us a quote and answered any questions we had regarding shipping our dog. Rene was phenomenal and was always available to assist us. We did have a last minute issue with the temperature embargo and having to switch flights. Also the drop off area was a bit difficult to find at Frankfurt airport. Overall everyone was very kind and helpful and our puppy arrived safely.
