I am truly thankful for the excellent service of the pet transport team who assisted me and my furbaby during our journey from the Philippines to Spain. Traveling with my pet meant everything to me, and I sincerely appreciate the care, patience, and professionalism they showed throughout the entire process. From guiding me through the necessary documents to making sure everything was well-prepared before our departure, they helped make what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and organized. We had an amazing experience with Pet TransPro when relocating our two cats, Pepper and Elmo, to Canada. From start to finish, their team was professional, organized, and incredibly supportive.

Studying overseas has been my plan since 2023, but only managed to proceed this January 2026. I had my cat Asta in December 2023 so obviously I made a new plan.
PetTransPRO was recommended to me by a friend, and they were just amazing, from the titer test all the way to ensuring a safe and smooth journey for my baby.
Due to a technical issue with UKVI I only had a little over a week to pack and prepare everything. PetTransPRO still accommodated my request and managed to find a flight for my cat similar to mine.

We are incredibly grateful to PetTransPro for their outstanding support in relocating our cat Likha from Siargao via Manila to Hamburg, Germany.
From start to finish, everything was planned with great care, professionalism, and genuine love for animals. Likha stayed for one week in Manila at their cat condo and was extremely well taken care of during that time. All required medical examinations and preparations were handled seamlessly, and we always felt that she was in very good hands.
What we appreciated most was the constant communication — we were kept informed at every step of the process, which gave us a lot of reassurance during such a stressful journey.
