PetWings is the BEST! They were a brilliant help every step of the way. ❤️🙏 I would highly recommend to anyone bringing home an international pet. They helped us bring home Spankie, a street dog, who my man rescued from a trash can, and nursed back to health while traveling in South America. Spankie had to wait in Cusco with our friends while we worked out a way to bring him home, and thank God, we found PetWings. 🙏✈️✨🐕 If I was ever going to bring a pet to the US again, these are definitely the only people I would trust. They are the finest in the business and Dr Grisolle and her team are a pleasure to work with. Their office is beautiful and the staff are so friendly. They helped me through every step of the process and were always immediate and helpful in their responses. My rescue dog Snow from Peru was safely brought to the Uk. Petwings were so helpful, communication was great and everything explained in detail. The people are lovely and they will make video calls with you if you have any more questions or feel uncertain. During her trip I got lots of updates set up through a WhatsApp group and it was really good to know where she was at any given moment. Here she is chilling on British land :p wonderful company, highly recommended
My family and me where traveling from Lima, Perú to Hawaii. We went throught Atlanta as the point of entry. Petwings did everything on time and kept me informed the entire time of everything that was needed and what had been completed. In Atlanta due to bad weather I needed a last minute certificate of acclimatation and Petwings did it on the spot once I texted them. I would not have been able to do this on my own and I couldn't recommend them enough. Thank you Petwings!!
The best pet transport company! I highly recommend this company if you are planning to export any type of animal. Peru is considered a high-risk rabies country, and unfortunately, bringing my dog wasn't possible without going through the entire required process. Petwings took care of everything! All the required documents, the pet hotel ( The Village Pet Resort) where my baby stayed for almost a month. Even all the checkups at SENASA, and much more. Petwings also took care of transporting my baby to the United States. I preferred the Pet Nanny service for my baby's comfort. The entire process was very smooth. Petwings is an excellent company. They keep you posted of everything! They created a WhatsApp group to send a lot of videos and photos of my baby every day, from the start of her treatment until my baby's delivery in the US. I was no longer worried because I knew everything that was happening. They also call you constantly to coordinate and inform you every single thing that is happening. Dr. Melissa went above and beyond, even helping me with her services after my doggy was delivered. I am so grateful to the Petwings team and The Village Pet Resort.
While in Peru’s Sacred Valley this past March, I fell in love with a street dog. She latched on to me and was so sweet, I could not leave her behind. She was pretty sick (see the pic with her tongue out), so I had to leave her with a vet in Urubamba and flew home to the United States, with a piece of my heart still in Peru. Once “Inca” was healthy enough to travel, PetWings transported her to Lima and continued her medical care until she was back in full health. From the day I decided to rescue Inca, PetWings helped me figure it out. Inca stayed with PetWings from mid-March until mid-June and they worked with me on all of her medical care and also engaged a trainer to teach her basic obedience. I got videos and pictures every day. Dra. Melisa advised us during the journey, helping me understand Inca’s personality and needs. I trusted PetWings and they came through beautifully. Inca arrived in the US healthy and happy! Thank you PetWings!!
