We used Petwork Travel to transport our 2 year-old Weimaraner from Miami Florida, USA to São Paulo, Brazil. Their cost was a little more than other pet broker quotes, but we are glad we chose them. It was clear to us from the start that they were a very professional organization. Service was top notch. Communication before, during and after the trip was easy to understand and replies were very quick. Once we arrived at their office, it was obvious they were a first class operation. I was very impressed with this company. They went through details with me every step of the way. My dog Kuma went from Florida USA to Florianópolis Brazil and they kept sending me videos and emails until I finally received him at my parent's door. This happened in May/2023 and I've been wanting to give a 6 stars to them. I very much appreciated all of the teamwork. I loved this guy that brought him to my parents from São Paulo to Florianópolis. Long driving. He was amazing walking Kuma over and over, talking, making him comfortable, everything.
