Premier Pet Travel have been fantastic in flying our dog from Spain to the UK last week. Every question or odd message sent leading up to the day of flight was answered quickly and with all the information you would need. Stacey was a god send in what will always be a stressful process. She easily sets your mind at ease. Our dog is an anxious one to start with and Premier Pet Travel has experience in it all. I was kept up to date throughout our dogs journey with msgs and photos. Their experience with customs requirements for Spain and UK is invaluable. Our dog was cleared at Heathrow and delivered to us in London by their friendly UK contacts. Premier Pet Travel are top level in what is a confusing process, in an industry of various levels of service. I would not hesitate in recommending them and I will definitely use their services in the future.

We found a kitten on the road while on holiday in Malaga and soon fell in love! We decided we would love to adopt him. We found an amazing charity ‘city cats Malaga’, they supported and helped us with a microchip, passport and any injections he required. They ensured he had a safe place to stay until he was old enough to receive the correct jags to come to Scotland to his forever home.
We soon found out it was very difficult to transport a cat from any country into the UK. We were very worried we would not be able to have him home! This was until we found ‘premier pet travel’. We could not have asked for a better experience! They supported us from the beginning, offering us many options on how to transport him. We chose to have him transported via car from Malaga to Carlise. Stacey ensured the entire process pre travel was smooth, answering any questions we had. Once it was time to begin the road trip,we felt very comfortable knowing our cat was safe! Lucy and James sent us constant updates- videos and pictures and messages letting us know where they are! It was SUCH a smooth process!
We are forever grateful and appreciate the work this company does! We cannot thank them all enough, they are heroes!!!❤️I cannot recommend them enough. We have no complaints at all, they were absolutely wonderful!

We cannot say enough good things about Stuart and the entire team at Premier Pet Travel. From start to finish, they went above and beyond to help get our pets safely over the pond and back home again. Our fur babies are family, and trusting them to travel without us was nerve-wracking.. but Premier Pet Travel put us completely at ease.
They made the paperwork simple, communicated clearly every step of the way, and gave us true peace of mind throughout the entire process. Everything was handled with care, professionalism, and compassion, making what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and manageable. They even send you videos of your pets during the process!

We arranged to have Dutsy an orphaned street kitten in Spain brought home to Dublin by Premier Pet Travel. From the offset Stacey was just amazing, all communication and organization was faultless. We encountered some issues with our vets paperwork, no issue to Stacey and her vet they could not have sorted it out any faster.
Dutsy stayed in their cattery in Malaga for 2 weeks while waiting for his full vaccination cover before he flew. Stacey sent me updates, videos and photos everyday. It was clear that he had a ball there and was so well looked after. Thank you so much to all the wonderful staff.
It is not every day that you come across a wonderful service like this. 20 out of 10!

We had a very complicated move from Benahavis, Spain back to the U.S…. We have 2 big dogs.. a German shepherd and a very old Rhodesian ridgeback. I had read reviews and placed phone calls worried who could handle our logistics without the dogs ending up on the other side of the planet etc.. my vet in Spain had clients who had used Premier Pet Travel and she highly recommended them. I’m so glad I chose them. Stuart specialized in the USA imports and they were based in Malaga… perfect.. he took time to explain different options, routes, pros and cons. He knew what he was talking about and had very good logic. They picked up our dogs and took them to their facility and we left.. they handled all the paperwork, flights, customs etc.. Stuart had to custom make 2 kennels due to the dogs large size. I was very concerned about my ridgeback making the trip safely.. she’s old and not in very good health. Stuart was in communication the entire time.. I was able to contact him anytime.. he sent photo updates.. we tracked them.. and they arrived safely in Miami! The kennel was clean and dry (so I know they got walked) and there was still food and water in their travel bowels. Both dogs looked great! He called Miami customs for me from Spain and cleared up some arrival confusion .. I can recommend this company and Stuart with full confidence… they provided an excellent service and…he’s quite the carpenter.. the kennel he made was sturdy, thick, and quite impressive.. nice job team!!!!
