We decided to carry Luna in cabin via Etihad to the UAE instead of cargo the option. The airline and government requirements were complex and tedious. BUT RND Logistics, especially Rames made it convenient and easy to understand. They provided a step by step timeline, clear documentation, check in assistance and even were on standby until I cleared Luna in Abu Dhabi customs. Responsive : 10/10 even on weekends and out of office hours Kesavan, their airline check in specialist and government vet specialist, knew exactly what to do, made triple copies of the documents and assisted us physically at the airport. Double checked and reminded me several times of the process. Very humble and patient person. Overall, compared to many other agencies out there, we found that RND was the most compassionate, understanding and caring team. I will certainly stick with them for all my future travels with my pet.

R&D Capital is a professional company. They helped us in the customs clearence and quarantine of our cats when we travelled to Malaysia for long period. They organized everything and helped us in the whole process. They took good care of our cats. So me and my husband could be calm during the 7 days till cats had to be stay in quarantine. When we visited them I could see that my cats feel safe with Kesavan, who cared for them, despite the fact that my cats usually need more time to make a friendship :-) Everyday we have received videos and photos of them :-) I offer R&D Capital for you if you want to travel with your pet and you want to know your pet in safe.
