I cannot recommend RDZ enough for their exceptional service in shipping my two cats, Bunny and Buddy, from Mexico City to London! From start to finish, their communication was absolutely flawless, and they kept me informed with regular updates and even pictures of my cats during the journey. It really put my mind at ease. The travel cages they provided were spacious, durable, and clearly designed with my cats' comfort in mind. I could tell they were in great hands the entire time. This was my first experience sending pets abroad, and I was understandably nervous, but RDZ exceeded all of my expectations. Now my babies are here with me in England, and I am beyond grateful for their care and professionalism. If you're considering international pet shipping, I wholeheartedly recommend RDZ. RDZ were simply amazing. They were efficient with organizing all the paper work and making sure my dog would have a smooth journey. The level of care given and the constant quick response, especially when I was becoming nervous for our approaching flight, was everything I could have hoped. They looked after my dog, sending me updates and photos, giving her so much love. Would highly recommend, thank you again so much!
Sam and Fer were absolutely brilliant to work with. They were very flexible to our needs, really know their stuff, and made the process feel really smooth. They were actually much better than our vet in terms of the paperwork: what was needed and reviewing it to make sure it met the standard needed. My dog was really happy to be left in their safe hands and she arrived in the UK from Mexico in perfect condition. The process was exactly as Sam and Fer described to us and I would highly recommend them.
We had an absolutely wonderful experience working with Samuel and Fernanda. They helped us move 6 pets (cats and dogs) from Mexico to Spain. They were very responsive throughout the process, always available for extra questions we had, very kind and polite. This is a very professional and thorough Team of people who truly care about you and your pets. Samuel was with us on three consecutive dates in a row, at the check in, for three different flights. And he did not hesitate to show up well outside of regular office hours to make sure we were all prepared in terms of legal documentation etc. .... His helpfulness, presence and calm demeanor went beyond what we had expected. They put our minds at ease and reassured us when we were nervous about the process of moving our 6 furry babies all the way to Europe. The entire process was smooth, and we truly enjoyed their relaxed confidence. We arrived in Spain with zero hassle and all the paperwork was in perfect order.
