I can't recommend ReloCat enough. When we moved from Australia to Italy we used an Australian company that partnered with ReloCat for the Italian side of our dogs' travels, and then when we returned home to Australia we tried with another company. We quickly learned that not everyone has the same honesty or level of integrity and service that ReloCat has and they graciously allowed us to transfer services over to them halfway through the process! I cannot recommend Federico and Stefano enough. They were always available for any questions we had (and we had a lot!), they were always friendly and easy to communicate with every step of the way. It's not easy putting your beloved pets onto a flight overseas but I truly felt like I could trust the team and ReloCat and relax knowing that our girls were in their hands.
ReloCat Italy, in particular Stefano and Federico, were fantastic to work with. This was my first time traveling with my two dogs and the process and paperwork for international travel seemed overwhelming to me at first but ReloCat’s professional and empathetic approach and handling had me at ease. They were always response and made me feel they were as concerned as I was for my dogs. My thanks and gratitude to ReloCat and its staff.
ReloCat worked with our pet shipping service in the USA to bring my cat Betty to Italy. They were wonderful to work with. The courier kept us updated on her departure time from customs and arrived to our pickup point right on time. I highly recommend ReloCat IT. Teddy arrived home yesterday and she is doing great! The cargo people at DFW airport said she was wagging her tail and seemed very friendly when she arrived to them. The flights from Rome to Frankfurt to Dallas apparently went very well with no ill side effects or trauma! I credit this to ReloCat IT. in large part. ReloCat and Federico Franzoso worked with me on bringing our dog from Dallas Texas to Rome Italy. I have never seen a customer representative as responsive and fast as Federico. He never got tired of answering my thousand questions and his response was always prompt. He checked my paperwork up front to make sure we don't run into any issues.
