Never work with this agency. They show no empathy for their clients and take no responsibility for their mistakes. Our car was transferred from abroad, and we contacted them to arrange the process. What followed was an absolute nightmare. The process took far longer than promised, and it became clear that they did not know what they were doing. To make matters worse, they lost our car’s green card (the official vehicle documentation). Instead of taking responsibility, they blamed the courier they themselves had arranged. When we requested replacement documents, it again took ages, and they even tried to charge us additional money for their own mistake. Only after we sent a very angry letter did they finally cover the document costs themselves. However, they still refused to take responsibility for the courier, forcing us to arrange and pay for it on our own. After so many issues, delays, and stress, their refusal to properly finalize the matter in a professional way was extremely disappointing. I strongly advise against using this agency.

Avoid hiring Relomar or Guillem for car importation! Here's why: Relomar are a transportation broker, not a specialist vehicle importer and because of that they lack the knowledge and control over the import process to deliver good results. Relomar outsources every step of the process from the transportation company to the gestor they use, meaning that you are overcharged and there is a complete lack of accountability when something goes wrong. My experience comes from importing a new car from Germany to Spain during Summer 2023, which was finally concluded when Relomar compensated me for damage to my car in January 2024. 1) Relomar damaged my new car during the transportation process, then falsified documents and lied to deny responsibilty. Upon collecting the car in Madrid, I photographed the damage and promptly informed them. Despite assurance from Relomars representative Guillem G. that they would address it with insurance, Relomar accused me of overcharging when I submitted the repair bill from the official BMW garage in Marbella. They shifted blame, asserting I caused the damage post-collection. Despite evidence and confirmation by their gestor, they now claim the damage existed before collection. The transport company falsely labeled it as "damage from use" without photographic evidence. With a new car from an official BMW dealer, showroom photos and staff as witnesses, the transportation company persists in denying responsibility. Four months later, I've yet to receive compensation. (See photos of the damage and Guillem's unhelpful WhatsApp responses.) 2) Relomar overcharged me at every step of the process. I paid EUR 1550 + IVA for "luxury" transport when the usual rate is more like EUR 800, but my car still got shoved on the back of a regular truck with VW Polos and Renault Clios and damaged during the journey (see photo). Relomar also charged me 21% IVA on top of government fees, which doesn't make any sense. 3) Relomar lack knowledge and experience on the car importation process. I corrected Guillem several times through information I found online and Relomar told me that it wasn't possible for my car to pass the ITV inspection without a complex process to remove parts from the car and get them inspected first. I eventually found a local specialist to correct Relomar's mistakes, my car passed the ITV inspection first time with no extra work and my final bill for all registration fees is over EUR 800 cheaper. This review aims to spare others the stress, time, and money I wasted with Relomar. UPDATE: After four months of arguing and being told "no", I eventually received compensation for the damage caused to my car from Relomar. It took sharing my negative experience on multiple platforms online along with constant back and forth and the threat of legal action to finally reach this conclusion.

I can highly recommend Guillem and his team at Relomar. They handled the entire process of importing my car from Hong Kong to Spain in a smooth and professional way. Their communications were always very clear. I did not have to worry about anything.

I used relomar to help me with the moving of 4 dogs and 2 cats for me from Madrid to Alicante. I couldnt thanks them enough for being so patient and so helpfull. I had some documents issues that take many hours to fix before we can be on our road home. The driver also really kind and caring for animals. He went and checked, refill all their water bottle before i could even think about it. The drive was safe and good drive to home. Big big big thanks to all the Relomar team.
