I would like to thanks Ricted Kennels in Singapore and, in particular, Joanne Lim for help. In fact, I did not calculate time correctly and only contacted Ricted Kennels few days before planned departure with my dog. Even though they were already booked, Joanne helped me tremendously over email, giving me numerous advises and explanations so I was able to prepare all export documents by myself in very short time before our flight, everything absolutely free of charge, just human earnest help. Thanks a lot! Highly recommend these good people, my story shows that they will go well beyond their job scope to help you!
