We just relocate to Thailand for California and our experience with Richet Kennels in Thailand was absolutely AMAZING! Our coordinator Sohm here in Thailand was amazing as they handled everything on this end for Starwood Pet Relocation. She was very caring and answered ll our questions regarding our Kala's arrival. She even suggested locations to where I could find her food and offered to buy a bag of her food for us, so we would not have haul a bag and deal with any issues at the airports in CA or upon arrival in Thailand. She was very sweet and caring of our Kala. Immediately sent ua pictures and provided us with updates once she arrived and ensured a smooth process at customs. We are truly grateful for the service, time and care they provide to our Kala and us. We relocated the dog from Atlanta, GA to Khonkean Thailand. Our Dog Daisy is a senior and Have arthritis..traveling 27 hrs across the world is a nerve-wracking for us. Using Ricted Kennels has tremendously help us through the process, Promt update and communicate through out the day. They take care of custom paperworks+clearance process and Drive Daisy in the AC Van from Bangkok to Khonkean (about 400+ kilos) We basically just wait at the house K Sohm is such a sweet-heart and always reply. We moved to Thailand with our dog about a year ago and from start to finish Ricted Kennels made the process seamless! Our pup, like most, is our first baby, and to say we were nervous is an understatement! The moment Sohm stepped in on the Thailand side, is the moment we knew we were in good hands. Clear and frequent communication throughout the entire process. She took care of our baby just like she was her very own. We continue to use Sohm/ Ricted Kennels as our primary dog sitter anytime we go on vacation. Sohm is now known to our dog as Auntie Sohm! When we leave our dog, we know that she is also going on vacation with her extended family! Sohm always goes above and beyond in everything she does. Sohm is AMAZING 💜 I cannot recommend Ricted Kennels and the lovely Sohm highly enough. She has just brought my 3 cats and dog through Thai Customs with so much care.
