What an experience! Large pack - no problem! Challenging country specific requirements- no problem! Disabled dog - no problem! My millions of questions - no problem! Relocation is challenging and stressful at the best of times, with so many variables and moving parts! But relocating our pack with Sandy Paws was an amazing experience. The team are all incredible - with a special mention to Daisy who was so lovely to work with & the awesome Renel who was our pet handler for our pups. He was super communicative and kept us updated throughout the MOCCAE appointment as well as their airport transfer. He even checked in to see if all was well once they had landed on the other side. Although I have no plans of relocating again, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Sandy Paws to anyone needing to relocate their fur babies. Thank you and well done on a great job and service!
Engaged SandyPaws in late October to send my furbaby (Bean) from Dubai to Singapore, with just less than 3 months in Dubai. They were very quick in their responses and always advised us the process, timeline and what is expected to happen. They liaised with a relocation company in Singapore and both SandyPaws and JSS Relocation worked well together, informing me of every single step. Daisy was very much involved with my pet, answered every worry and question I had and reassured me that everything was in order. The BOAS and ministry assessment was handled with Ralph — arrived punctually to pick up my Bean from daycare. On his flight day, Ralph also picked Bean up and handled all his items, crate and just making sure he was comfortable. We highly, highly recommend SandyPaws for handling your furbaby in and out of Dubai. It would’ve been near impossible for me to know what was required for exporting Bean overseas, especially to a country that’s quite strict in animal importations.
I have had the best experience with Sandy Paws Chris and Renel were absolutely amazing they communicated all the time , they took care of five cats in one go with all care possible. I was very happy from their care and professional service. My wife and I transported five cats from Islamabad to Dubai the experience was great the cats are in fantastic shape and happy. Sandy Paws was absolutely amazing from day one of the process of bringing our cat from Toronto to Abu Dhabi. Awesome customer service, they are very knowledgeable on the entire process and ensured we had all our documentation ready and correct many days before the flight. They answered all our questions and concerns and our 2.5 year old cat (Marshmallow) was able to come to the UAE very smoothly. Thank you for all your help. 10/10 would recommend their services.
