Karl is amazing! We shipped our dogs from Oslo to Norway and this man is an absolute legend and professional. He is the only person during the entire 6 month process who knew every single detail and requirement. Checked the paperwork to a T. Our dog shippers forgot to confirm crates and he literally saved the entire situation and found crates and fixed them up for us in a matter of minutes. He is an angel. Ive flown dogs all around the world and I can confidently say if Karl is on your case, your babies are in good hands. Thank you Karl!!!
