I had the best experience with ScandiPet! They responded to my million emails and always kept me updated with things that had to be done. My dog flew all the way from Sweden to Australia! Even though I was really nervous during his flights, Sandra from the team sent me pictures from the airport and layover in Qatar. Everything seemed so easy even if it was such a long journey. Absolutely AMAZING service and took a lot of the stress out of transporting my dog from Stockholm all the way to Australia! Sandra and Debbie were there for me every step of the way, answering my millions of emails and questions with care and professionalism. Whilst Nelson was on the journey from Stockholm to Melbourne, I was naturally nervous... But the team at ScandiPet provided me with regular updates on his journey and even photos from when he was on his layover in Doha. 10/10 customer service and a 10/10 experience. My dog has come out the other side his happy and excitable self, so I can't thank the team enough for helping us start our new life down under!

If I could leave zero stars I would. I had a French Bulldog transported to Singapore who stayed 1 month in her care. In that period he didn't eat and despite me asking for regular updates and pictures she didn't send any that I could see him properly. He arrived skin and bones because he is a fussy eater and she didnt check on him.
Debbie was incredible helpful! We needed to do everything so fast because we already had the ticket bought for one week before I contacted her. She was amazing and so patient with me and all my doubts. Finally my dog arrived today to the airport, I also pay so they can bring her home and it was so easy and quick. I would recommend them with my eyes closed.
