A huge thank you to the entire SCTIL team! We used SCTIL to bring our dog, Una, to Tahiti, one of the most complex destinations in the world in terms of paperwork and regulations… and everything went perfectly. I am extremely happy to have used their services and I especially want to thank Françoise, who was exceptional from beginning to end. She took care of my dog ​​as if she were her own, with rare professionalism, kindness, and compassion. Françoise was always available to answer my (very numerous 😅) calls, even from French Polynesia, and reassured me at every step. Zero stress regarding the organization and complete trust in her! The only stress came from the documents required by Tahitian regulations, which she checked with exemplary rigor, all while reassuring me time and time again. A huge thank you also to Mathilde, who boarded UNA the night before our departure and took such wonderful care of her. I even received some amazing videos of my dog ​​before she flew out and during her stay, which touched and reassured me immensely. The trip went very well, and we found our girl in perfect health upon arrival 🐾 Thank you so much to SCTIL for your professionalism, your kindness, and your impeccable support. When I found out we were going to Polynesia, I knew that bringing my cat there would be a challenge, both in terms of paperwork and emotionally. I was overwhelmed by Françoise's calm demeanor. Despite what some say about her, she is extremely kind and reassured me. She knows her job, she loves animals, and she cares as much about the animals as she does about the owners. I was worried a few times because I thought there weren't many interactions, but once everything was in place, I had no reason to worry; everything went very well. I was amazed by the veterinarian in charge of the last visit before the flight, who managed to examine my cat, whom my vet had indicated was "not suitable for handling." Lewis had plenty of room in his carrier (provided by SCTIL, which I recommend you use because it's one less thing to worry about), protected by a mattress pad and a mattress topper. He arrived in Papeete with water still in his bowl. He didn't seem to suffer from the transport. He was disturbed by all these changes for a few days, but he's now in great shape, much to the chagrin of my partner, who took care of him until my arrival on the island. I left a family member with SCTIL, entrusting them with my cat. I have no regrets and I highly recommend them. Many thanks to you.

She has been incredibly patient and has taken the time to help and reassure me at every step. She found me a new flight at the last minute due to a problem with the date of my blood test, and even a dog boarding facility. She has been so supportive in our new life, and without her, none of this would have been possible. Special mention also goes to Alexandre, who took the time to give me updates on my babies and send me little photos. It was incredibly reassuring. The SCTIL team is simply amazing, with unparalleled professionalism. They not only take care of our animals... but of us as well.
