We can’t say enough good things about Sevenoaks—this company went above and beyond to help reunite our daughter with her beloved dog, Annie. We were on a serious time crunch, with only a few days to make arrangements before Annie was going to be surrendered to the SPCA by her previous owner. I was emotional and frantic trying to come up with a plan to rescue her and get her safely from New Brunswick to Alberta. From the moment we connected with Sevenoaks, their support and communication were truly amazing. They handled everything with compassion, urgency, and professionalism, and made what felt like an impossible situation completely manageable. Their updates every step of the way gave us peace of mind, and we could tell they genuinely cared about Annie’s well-being throughout the entire journey. A huge shout out to Tina as our main point of contact and to Les for a quick response to our inquiry. Thank you to the team at Sevenoaks, Annie is now settled into her new home with her little girl, right where she belongs. We are beyond grateful and can’t recommend this company enough—they truly go the extra mile when it matters most. This organization is the absolute best. I contacted several pet transport services to have a kitten brought to me in Edmonton from Ontario, and I couldn't be happier with the service received! Dennis is an absolute best, and has the patience of a saint; I was super worried about the kitten's trip, but he handled my nervousness with grace and professionalism. My kitten arrived well looked after (even though I mixed up the directions I was trying to offer on the phone - but he was very kind about that too!), and I am beyond pleased. I would 100% recommend these folks to anyone.

Let me start by saying I owe Candace, Philip, and the whole Seven Oaks team a big apology for not writing this review sooner. I moved to Rome with two cats and a dog. I had sold my house and was staying with a friend for 6 months with my pets. My pets had already been stressed by one move and I was fearful the move to Rome would only make things worse. Candace met me and my pets at the Sundance vet clinic (they were fantastic too) to fill out all necessary documents. She took the two cats for two nights of boarding before their flight and made sure to update me about how they were settling in. My dog was picked up ~ 4 hours before my flight to get him checked in. Philip and Candace made Vino, Gingersnap, and Felix’s move simple and calm. The enclosures provided by Seven Oaks were roomy, sanitary, and included lots of fresh water. Everyone arrived in Rome safely, were delivered to my apartment by Seven Oak's local partner, and left their kennels to be their happy selves in less than two days. Once in Rome I had to unexpectedly move my Mom’s little dog and the situation was urgent. Candace made it all happen and coordinated with Airdrie Animal Health Centre for Daisy’s documents and health checks. My family wouldn’t have trusted any other organization to ensure that she made it safely to me, she was my Mom’s dearest companion. Is it costly, yes, is Seven Oaks worth every dollar, yes ❤️
