I chose Shiloh Animal Express for there's caution of our 2 Singapore special to Australia. Their quote xwas clear and transparent, unlike others who would charge much more and refuse to provide a breakdown. During the entire process Lance and Jamie were friendly, very knowledgeable and responsive, and made the experience a smooth one. I highly recommend them !
I would like to highly recommend Shiloh for handling our dog Milo’s travel. Lance and Jamie were fantastic! Efficient, reliable and completely on top of all the paperwork for Indonesia and airline rules. Milo is a Cavalier mixed breed and many airlines refused him, but Lance still found the safest and most optimal way to bring him from Singapore to Jakarta. The team kept us on schedule with clear reminders, minimised Milo’s quarantine, arranged the best boarding until we arrived and sent constant updates and pics while he was travelling! Milo reached us safe, healthy and happy 😊 We couldn’t have asked for more!! Lance and team are now working on relocating horses for the Asian Games!! Our heartfelt gratitude to team Shiloh 🙏❤️
These guys are simply the best! Lance and Jamie planned and relocated our two dogs from Singapore to Denmark, via Amsterdam in July 2025. They handled everything super professionally and with huge experience, and even a few challenges (bigger crate size, cancelled connecting flight etc) were dealt with swift and precisely. They are in their own league, and I would use them again any time!! We can't thank them enough, for leading us - and the dogs - through these stressful weeks of preparation, and delivering two relativity calm dogs at our house in Denmark. Never have we seen two dogs settling in this fast after air transportation. Thank you!!
If I could give more stars I would! Lance, Jamie and the team at Shiloh are fantastic. I was so anxious about my dog and 3 cats travelling from Singapore to the UK but Shiloh provided me with clear guidance as to the whole process with detailed emails about what was going to happen and reassurance at every step of the way from pre-travel vaccines to airport pick up and beyond. My furbabies arrived safe and sound in the UK and the team at the UK end were also excellent. I can’t recommend them highly enough!!
Thank you so much to both Jamie & Lance for their exceptional service, care & dedication in transporting our 3 French bulldogs from Singapore to Atlanta. The process was smooth with explicit guidelines and all the details were taken care of for us. Our dogs arrived without any issues and we were regularly updated throughout the process. Our one baby is blind and both Jamie & Lance went the extra mile to ensure her comfort & safety too. We are very grateful, happy customers and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Shiloh.
