We were recommended the use of Sky Kennel to transport our two dogs, a 11 year old Black Labrador and 3 year old Labradoodle, from Brunei back to the UK. The entire experience was excellent from start to finish and for those seeking to transport pets, we highly recommend this company. Jonah from Sky Kennel was excellent in the preparation and in providing us all the information and guiding us through the steps to take prior to travel. We realised that international pet travel can be stressful, but Jonah and the Sky Kennel handled every step with professionalism, care, clear communication and importantly compassion. They guided us through all the necessary paperwork, veterinary requirements, and travel plans, making a complex process feel surprisingly smooth. Closer to the day of travel, Jonah made sure that the local in-country team were prepared to collect the dogs. He also made sure that we understood the collection process at the Heathrow Animal Reception Centre. When the dogs arrived in the UK, Mandy from Sky Kennel contacted us immediately and kept us updated on the UK paperwork and processing. This resulted in us being ready to collect the dogs as soon a they were processed, which was really important to us. Thankfully the dogs were calm, healthy, and clearly well looked after during and after the journey. I highly recommend Sky Kennel to anyone needing safe, trustworthy pet transportation. We are extremely grateful for the work of Jonah, Mandy and the team. They took much of the stress out of a stressful process.
We approached Sky Kennels approx 6 months before we departed and received very detailed and useful advice from Sasha and the rest of the team. They walked me through all the export rules, advised us on vaccination requirements and arranged for our local certificate (Singapore) application and took the necessary course. We followed their advice carefully, asking questions where necessary and always got clear and concise advice! Throughout my cat's journey from our home in the UK to Singapore, Sasha kept us fully updated at every stage which gave us much needed peace of mind; that was followed up by timely contact from the local pet courier partner that shares the same profesionalism as Sky Kennels, and my cat arrived safe and sound! Thank you Sky Kennel and a big shout out to Sasha who was patient, professional and above all everyone showed great care of our cat! Highly recommended!!!
Wonderful experience with Sky Kennels! We used Sky Kennels to ship our Golden Retriever from the UK to the US and it was very hands off for us and stress free. Jonah worked with us the entire time and he was very informative and answered all our questions. I fully entrusted them with the entire process and they did not disappoint. They handled everything and the communication was terrific from start to finish. They even sent us pictures of our dog departing the airport and arriving. I would recommend Sky Kennels.
