Evgeniy helped deliver my cat to Australia! This is a rather long and complex procedure that lasts 6 months. Evgeniy helped with documentation, holding and shipping. I should note that not many carriers undertake sending animals to Australia. He was always in touch and helped in solving related issues. My cat traveled from Sofia to Melbourne. Even though I did not choose Smart Express in the end, I appreciated the prompt and clear communication. Evgeny answered all my questions. I recommend him, when it comes to transporting your pets via air or land.
Evgeny assisted me in having my cat go from Kosovo to Barbados. it was a logistical nightmare. My cat was picked up in Pristina, brought to Sofia, then flew to Amsterdam, London and on to Bridgetown. She arrived well and in good spirits. I would recommend Smart Express without hesitation. Evgeny was professional, efficient, knowledgeable and courteous.
