Five stars doesn't even do Snoopy Pets justice. All I can say is, if you are looking to relocate your pets, Snoopy Pets is the company to use. My circumstances were somewhat stressful and unique, with very little notice to needing to leave the Middle East and moving to Australia where import processes take upward of six months. Emma was so supportive, extremely responsive and kind, diligent and reassuring throughout the whole process. She is that responsive, I'm not sure she ever clocks-off! Emma swiftly took over the whole process of moving my boy, taking action from the first day I contacted Snoopy Pets and working relentlessly until the moment I collected my boy from quarantine! Even after I collected him, she was so compassionate and keen to know how he was doing - her care extends way beyond this being just work. From the moment I contacted Snoopy Pets, I was given clear timeliness and processes which helped alleviate a lot of worry. The team were always organised and punctual, whenever they had to collect my boy for various appointments they were early and updated me on his status throughout. I really want to write a meaningful and heartfelt review for Soopy Pets and Emma but words cannot do any justice for how incredible they are. All I can do is assure you this is the company to go with! I owe them so much. Thank you to everyone for all their care and hardwork.

I can’t thank SnoopyPets enough for their exceptional help in relocating my three cats from Dubai to the UK. From start to finish, the entire process was handled with such professionalism, care, and attention to detail. A special mention goes to Sally, who was truly amazing throughout. She guided me through every step of the transport process, answered all my (many!) questions. Her emails were prompt and reassuring, which made made what i thought was going to be stressful experience feel smooth and stress-free. My cats arrived safe, happy, and calm and have settled in straight away— a real testament to the care SnoopyPets team. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing pet relocation services. From the moment we contacted Snoopy and spoke with Emma the General Manager we knew we had made the right decision for our dog Chilli!! Emma is extremely professional, reassuring and knowledgeable and throughout the entire relocation process she kept us updated and always with a smile. Emma visited our home to get to know our pets and us as owners. Prices were accurate and fair. We are extremely impressed with the services given by Snoopy and highly recommend!! I can't thank Snooopy Pets Relocation enough for a job well done. I was so scared that I would relocate my beautiful three-year-old cat from Dubai to America! I was so afraid about how she would endure the 14-hour flight until a friend recommended I contact Snoppy pets; I met Sally Harlowe. The emotional support Sally provided me and her team is unimaginable. She was always avaliable to take me through the steps and answer every single question. She would contact me on her own to give tips on how to prepare my furry baby for the trip. She was very organized and accommodating; even when I had to change my flight, she assured me she would put my baby on the same flight. She went out of her way to help me relocate my pumpkin. I am very grateful for your support and help to those helpless little creatures. I want to thank Carlito for being so kind when he came to pick her up to finish the medical, and also when he picked her up from the airport. He kept sending me photos to reassure me that she is well!
