Jaime was incredibly helpful with receiving dog from Canada to Spain. He was super communicative and kind in every step, as well as being super empathetic and sweet to our giant baby of a dog. I would recommend them a million times over.

I can't praise Star Cargo enough for helping get my personal belongings from the U.S. to Madrid. They were fast, friendly and reasonably priced. They also brought my belongings right to my residence. I highly recommend them! Thanks Adrian! I shipped extra clothing, back massager, bicycle gear and misc personal items.
A DISGRACE of a company. I wanted to send my dog from Madrid to Abu Dhabi with them. A complete management disaster, zero empathy. They would confirm flight dates and then cancel them the day before, for months, without any solution whatsoever. This meant all sorts of hassles: going to the vet, getting travel documents only valid for a few days, etc. We spent from August 4th to September 14th trying to send her. They confirmed the flight several times: on August 14th (photo), flight confirmation, paperwork, vet visit... on August 12th, flight cancellation... and so on three times. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. They have no idea how to manage long-distance animal shipments. Do not leave your animals in their care. All of this was done by Jaime and Javier.
