They moved our cat from Ankara to Vienna. Since our cat had some health issues, I was very worried and from the beginning of Mr. Cengiz explained me all the process in details and relieved me. They took our cat from Ankara deliver to İstanbul then relaxed/feed her at their special place then bring her to turkish airlines pet lounge. Unfortunately our cat’s next day morning flight is cancelled bec of air conditioning problem in the aircraft and our cat had to wait in thy pet lounge one more day longer. During all these process Mrs.Sude and Mr. Cengiz was always in contact with me. Sude informed the veteran in thy lounge about our cat’s special health condition, she even went to airport to check our cat to refresh her ped and send me continuously photos and videos from our cat. They took care of our cat as theirs. They organised the new flight as soon as possible and our cat arrived to Vienna totally perfect without any stress. They know this job and they are perfect! I recommend their service to everyone.

I don’t know how to thank you Mr. Cengiz, you’re made our reunion with our beautiful cat, Tom :) Mr.cengiz was helped me to move my cat from Istanbul to Toronto, Canada. He was so meticulous, expert, patient and helpful.. The process was very very difficult due to papers, documents and government rules especially in Toronto Pearson airport customs agency, but Mr. Cengiz made it so much easier .. Today, Tom hugging his family in Toronto, it means a lot to us. Thank you so much sir for your kind support 🙏❤️

We relocated to India last year, after living in Istanbul for 9 years. We wanted to bring one cat who lived with us, back to India. This seemed like a huge problem. But Mr.Cengiz solved our problems & reassured us that it was possible. So, finally after a lot of documents going to & fro from us & Cengiz, my cat Tigu made his journey on Turkish Cargo. He got to Bengaluru, India without any problem. Cengiz & his team were extremely efficient, so knowledgeable & worked, updated us till the last minute. Mr. Cengiz, you are amazing!
