Will and his team did an amazing job.They are experts at what they do, they are kind and flexible. They really care. Our Irish wolfhound who just flew from LAX to Paris France looks like he had a spa day. Danubio is 185 pounds, Will built a special crate and it was nicely designed. I highly recommend Will and Team. Special thanks to Kevin who babysit Danubio for hours. So happy, our fur baby made it ! Thank you
Will and his team at SC Pets Go were efficient, capable, and most of all incredibly warm and accommodating while helping transfer our dog from Los Angeles, California to Jakarta, Indonesia. An overall highly complex and time sensitive situation was made as smooth as one could've hoped with the aid of the SC Pets team. Thank you, Will and team for making sure our boy got to us safely and reuniting the family quicker than we could've imagined! If you are shipping your dog, do not use any other company. I had an outstanding experience with Southern California Pet Transport! After struggling with several other pet shipping companies that were significantly more expensive and tried to add various hidden charges, I found Southern California Pet Transport to be a breath of fresh air. They offered a fair and transparent pricing model, saving me thousands of dollars compared to other companies. For instance, while others were charging up to $1,000 for kennels, I purchased the same kennels for just $300. Despite needing to ship my dog to Japan on extremely short notice (just two days!), Southern California Pet Transport managed everything seamlessly. They even went above and beyond by taking care of my dog on July 4th. A special shout-out to Will, who was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He ensured that we were worry-free and provided clear, consistent communication every step of the way. Will took his time, went out of his way to help me get my dog from Mexico City to Los Angeles. Not only was I transporting my dog, but I was transporting my horse, and I was stressed out, wanting to ensure that both my animals flew on the same flight, he helped make that happen. Not many people took time the way he did to help me out. I highly recommend this business, and his transport company. 10/10 service. He made me feel seen and heard.
