I would like to extend my personal thanks to Shyamax and "The Bark Traveler" for successful transportation of Rani from Mumbai to Toronto. Story of Rani journey to Canada is a rescue operation. Rani is a street dog from streets of Thane and was rescued and adopted by us in Canada. Unlike regular pets, Rani had a different background as she had never been a family pet before. Along with that there was a challenge to ship Rani in 5 days, as her carrier was identified at last moment. Shyamax was confident that he can do the documentation in stipulated time. He also made sure that he prepared everything from booking the air freight to arranging a travel crate and making sure that the dog and the dog travel volunteer is comfortable. He was very approachable and all our questions were answered in time. We were provided with all transit information, which made the journey predictable.
