This review is a little overdue. After agonising over several pet relocation companies, my wife and I eventually enlisted the help of Tim Finlay to transport our dog Bruce from Manchester (UK) to Hong Kong in November 2025. We suspected that since Tim is his own brand, he may provide a more bespoke service and be able to get the ball rolling quicker than some of the bigger companies that we contacted. All we can say is we have no regrets - Tim was absolutely fantastic. He made everything so easy, from fast and patient responses to my hundreds of questions and immediately providing a spacious crate for Bruce to acclimate to before the long journey, to dealing with all the paperwork, organising a vet visit at our temporary address and dropping off Bruce at the airport at the crack of dawn. Tim's contact in Hong Kong was even able to deliver Bruce to our family address on Lantau Island, which we initially believed wasn't possible. The whole process, from my first enquiry all the way to delivery, was completed within two weeks! Thanks again, Tim.
Tim helped us move our 5 dogs from Manchester to OH USA back in Jan 2022. I didn't even want to try and attempt this on my own. But Tim made it a breeze. Tim collected them 1/2 days before their flights, provided all crates, and broker at JFK. Due to having a small army of dogs they had to go on 2 separate flights on 2 separated days. Manchester > Iceland >JFK. Because they are a snub nosed breed only certain airline and routes will take them. Collecting them from JFK was easy, wasn't too much of a wait. We had few night with 4 dogs in NYC which was entertaining for us and the locals 🙂. We wouldnt have been able to do it without Tim. Thanks again
Where do I start… Tim and Karen were absolutely brilliant throughout the 6 months of organising our move from the UK to the Philippines. Considering our Milo is a Frenchie, we knew it wouldn’t be easy finding the right service to help move him to a warmer climate considering the restrictions around flying brachycephalic breeds. Communication was brilliant and Tim was always happy to answer questions especially where we were a little nervous flying Milo all together. From providing guidance with paperwork to picking him up, an absolute 5 star service. Highly recommend them if you’re looking to move your pets anywhere in the world. Thank you again Tim & Karen!
We recently sent my dad’s Labrador retriever from Canada to the UK. Unfortunately they could not travel on the same flight because of weight restrictions, which meant that the dog had to arrive one day before my dad. We contacted Tim Finlay, who from the start has gone above and beyond to make this move a success. He helped us understand all of the requirements, and never hesitated to answer any of our questions or concerns. Tim assisted us with the customs clearance, picking the dog up from the airport, and dropping him off at a nearby kennel. Because of Tim and his assistant Karen’s hard work, everything went without a hitch and the dog arrived safe and sound. Thank you again!!
