After I was one of the victims from a scam company (All Paws Express) and had a horrible experience it was very scary deciding in which company I could trust with my pet. You can definitely trust Transcontinental Pet Movers. Tim and Michael are amazing. They helped me out and made possible the transportation in short notice. They were as transparent as it gets and communicated clearly, which helped with the stress of moving my dog. They kept me up to date with every step and send me pictures of my boy Lennon as I couldn't be with him when taken to the airline. They treated him like family and made possible for us to be reunited. I can't thank them enough!

Timothy and his team were very professional and care for animals, they answered all of my questions on the phone and took time to explain the process. They were able to provide a cross country dog transport on short notice. The driver was clearly very experienced with dogs and took time at the pickup to get him comfortable with her which I really appreciated. The team is great at communicating throughout the trip and send regular updates I felt very relieved knowing the dog was in safe hands and would recommend them.

I could not recommend Cordelia and her team more. They know this business and all its nuances. We had a paperwork issue in that my baby Bear would not be able to get on the plane with me, I was upset, crying and worried out of my mind as we were moving from the USA to Ireland and we had to get on the plane. We missed the deadline to submit 1 page of the paperwork. After Cordelia calmed me down she drove straight to my vet got the original needed drove back to SFO and GOT MY BABY ON THE PLANE WITH ME. She is super woman and understands her business, and the precious cargo they organize for their customers. If you need to freight an animal THID is the ONLY company to call
