A huge, warm thank you to Alison and her lovely guys at Pet Express for the safe and sound delivery of our dogs to NICE in the south of France. This experience was obviously very worrying for us initially, and the days leading up to departure were a little ( a lot actually) fraught . From the very moment the dogs were collected and we said goodbye, we were totally confident that Alison would make sure our babies reached France safely. Our senior flyer Jessie flew first class with Pet Express from Dubai to Gatwick. The anticipation of flying our 12 year old Tibetan Mastiff back to the UK was an anxious time however we needn't have worried. Jessie arrived in good shape and with no sign of stress. The success of Jessie's relocation is totally due to Alison and her team who are professional and efficient as well as caring and understanding of both Jessie and her worried owners.
