We returned to Sydney, Australia with our cross Jack Russell/Corgi after spending 15 months in Spain. Pilar was able to instruct us with what was required for each step of the process and were able to choose the level of assistance we wanted. We chose for her to handle every aspect of the move including pick-up from our place in Barcelona through to the 10 day quarantine in Melbourne and flight to Sydney. Pilar understood our concerns for our precious cargo and was genuine in her assurances that Betty would be taken care of and returned to us safely. We picked up Betty from Sydney Airport 3 days ago. She was (naturally) exhausted but is now back to her old loving self and enjoying being home again. Thank you Pilar for bringing our baby home safely, and to Lina for the Melbourne to Sydney leg of the trip. Tip: when picking up your pet from Sydney Airport cargo bay, be sure to have hard copy proof of identification of who you are! ☺️
Excellent service. Pilar was great from the first contact. She made everything very easy and was an excellent communicator, very professional, prompt, friendly and flexible. Would recommend to anyone. We were on a budget so I worked along with Pilar in navigating that.
From the start, Pilar was extremely helpful, professional and put you at ease. She was quick to respond to emails and with clear explanations. I needed her to arrange collection of our beloved cat from Barcelona Airport and for onward transfer to Ibiza. Although the cat was originating in Bangkok and the agent there made mistakes with their side of the booking, Pilar was incredible at reassuring me that all would be ok and it was. I would definitely recommend Pilar and her company and would use again. She arranged for the lovely Berta to transport our cat to us in Ibiza and all were reunited. Thank you so much!
Traveldog and Pilar gave us piece of mind from day 1 in this stressful adventure. She gave us advice on best airline and explained pros and cons of the different options. Our two labradoodles traveled from Chicago to Barcelona via Amsterdam. With Traveldog excellent and frequent communication we made sure our paperwork was complete and we followed the entire process after they landed. The dogs were delivered to our new home safe and sound after going for a short and our hearts were filled with joy.
