Amazing Experience with United Air Freight I can’t express how grateful I am to have chosen Mario for transporting my beloved dog! From the very start, their service was nothing short of stellar. Exceptional Customer Service The team at was incredibly responsive, especially over the Christmas/New Years holidays. Every time I had a question or concern, they were quick to reply, making me feel at ease during the entire process. Their communication was prompt and thorough, ensuring I was updated at every stage of the journey.
I can't reccomend United Air Freight enough. I came to them very last minute to move my dogs from Spain to Dubai and they made the process so easy and removed all stress. The team are so fast to respond to any of my messages, and all my questions were answered with confidence! Top notch partner! As pet parents, we were very anxious about our dogs' reactions to our long journey from the Philippines to Spain. We were equally nervous whether we got all the paperwork required. It was a cumbersome process and a slight mistake can mean non-acceptance of our dogs to Spain. It was important that we chose the right partner who will be our agent in Spain. From the point of enquiry to completing the process, United Air Freight proved their worth. Mario was very professional in all his communications with us. He responded timely, very informative and was very encouraging. We've met Daniel on the day we arrived, while waiting for our dogs to be cleared. He was very re-assuring and told us exactly what will happen until we got our dogs out of customs.
