Highly Recommend United Pet Express (UPE) Bangkok! Relocating our two cats from Australia to Thailand was smooth thanks to UPE. Their communication was excellent—a group chat with three agents kept us updated on every step, giving us total peace of mind. The team went above and beyond on arrival. When we struggled to arrange transport for the two huge carriers, agent Mick quickly organized a last-minute delivery to our house and let us ride with our pets!
