My husband and I travelled to Madrid, Spain, with our Golden Retriever, Bleu, and we can honestly say that working with Woof helped relieve so much stress and anxiety about the move with a large-breed pet. We definitely suggest working with them and will do so again as needed for all pet travel needs! From the beginning, we had many questions, concerns, and booking adjustments, which Sara and Miguel answered promptly and thoroughly. Once our travel was confirmed, Sara was further helpful with paperwork needs, crate specs, and travel questions. They checked in at multiple points prior to the trip, reminding us about what we need and offering support and suggestions on materials and documents. On the day of travel, both Sara and Miguel connected with us to check in and be of assistance. Miguel was with us and provided incredible support to relieve our anxiety both at our departure and arrival cities. He was so great with Bleu- helping with the crate, bathroom breaks, and coordinating all the paperwork. When it was time to separate, we knew Bleu was in good hands, as we received photos of Bleu and updates on his journey, including security checks and boarding. Miguel also guided us to the nearest relief area after we collected Bleu upon arrival, which was amazing as Bleu was desperate after his long flight! We are so grateful to Sara and Miguel for making our trip with Bleu smooth, easy, and stress-free. Highly recommend Woof Airlines and working with this team of incredible people.
I would highly recommend woof airlines. I had a great experience all around . Miguel made it happen for us last minute ( within a week)! The communication was efficient and fast at all times. It was my dog's first time to travel and he has such a great experience that when we reunited with him it did not seem like he had travel on his own through an international flight. On top it was more reasonably priced than any other company. Thanks so much to all the team from woof airlines for making such a positive experience for us !
Woof Airlines was so much more than I expected. I hired this company to transport my 2 adult Dobermans from Port of Spain, Trinidad to Madrid, Spain. I contacted many companies before them and they told me it was either not possible or they tried to charge me exorbitant fees. Luckily in my searches I stumbled upon Woof Airlines. They were extremely professional every step of the way. They created a WhatsApp group with all the parties involved and ensured that everyone was on the same page from planning right up to the point of delivery. They sent an excellent transporter, Jaime, to Trinidad to fly with my pets and he took extremely good care of them along the way, always updating us of any delays in the flying schedule and sending pictures of them along their journey. They even offered me the service of delivering my pets to my apartment when they arrived in Madrid, and that was done with extreme care in an air conditioned van. On top of that, their fees were extremely reasonable for the exceptional service provided. Rose and Nebula were extremely comfortable throughout their journey and Woof Airlines ensured that they arrived at their new home safe and sound. My hat’s off to this great team. Specifically to Gerardo who was our baby’s handler through out this ardous and long process. He really connected with Rex and treated him like his own pet. Thank you Gerardo and Annie and the rest of the team for keeping us informed trough the entire trip and getting Rex safe and sound to our ultimate destination of San Salvador. Highly recommend Woof airlines for any pet transport. Skip the airline headaches, because they just give you the run around and never a solution. This is a wonderful service. They know the airlines and complicated rules of pet travel backwards and forwards. We have used them multiple times for the cross-Atlantic travel of our two large dogs and a cat. They go over and above in service and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them for any animal travel. We feel completely confident in the care of our animals during travel!
