I was originally planning on moving my dog from New York to Budapest myself, but as soon as I spoke with Giulia, I realized how wrong I could have gotten it. Rory’s a tall dog, and the first thing Giulia noted was that the crate I had was too small and would not have been approved by the airlines. It seemed like I’d just hung up the phone, when a new condo-crate arrived at our door.
Giulia and her team walked us through every step of the process and what would happen on each leg of the trip. All of the paperwork was taken care of, discussions with vets made. Pickup was great. We got notification each time she landed, with photos of her journey—including the lovely pet handler playing with her at one stop who brought his own dog along for company. She was even chauffeured from Vienna because the crate was too large for the cargo door at the Budapest airport.
The price for all this was surprisingly reasonable when considering a major move. And to not have to worry about any of this when dealing with all the other logistics of moving was wonderful.
The people at Pet Care go out of their way to ensure both you and your pet have as easy and stress-free experience as possible.

We had 2 dogs transported from Orlando, Florida to Osaka, Japan. This was no small feat and there was so much anxiety in such a long move, but WorldCare Pet Transport made what we thought would be impossible, possible. Not only did my dogs arrive safely but they were both in good health. They spent 5 days traveling so you could understand that that would be traumatic in and of itself. But they had good breaks in between flights and WCPT sent regular updates with pictures and videos. Yes, it was expensive, but it was absolutely worth every penny! Thank you to WCPT for their top-notch care and creating a less stressful move for both the dogs and us!

Worldcare Pet Transport helped relocate my cat from the US to Malaysia recently. I'm very grateful to everyone involved, both in the U.S. and Malaysia, for bringing my cat home safely. Their patience, kindness, and genuine care toward my cat really shows, from the way they handled her during preparation and travel, to the thoughtful attention she received during her quarantine, and even on the final ride home. I also deeply appreciate how open and communicative they’ve been with me throughout, it gave me so much peace of mind during what could have been a very stressful process. I know it takes a lot of coordination, compassion, and behind-the-scenes work to make something like this go smoothly, and I’m truly grateful for their dedication every step of the way. Jake’s move from the United States to Switzerland has been a complete success on every level. Throughout the entire process, we felt supported, informed, and reassured. Everything was handled with the utmost professionalism, and it was clear Jake was in excellent hands. I especially appreciated the communication with Amanda — she was outstanding, and we are incredibly grateful that she was assigned to work with us. Steve also took such great care of Jake during boarding. Every update and photo he sent reassured us that Jake was safe and well looked after. It was a long journey, but Jake arrived in excellent condition and is already settling happily into his new environment. Thank you to the WorldCare Pet Transport team for the careful transfer of my cat, Juno, from Dubai to London
Marisa was a pleasure to liaise with virtually, and she explained very clearly the requirements needed to import Juno into London. We got Juno’s required vaccinations and that was our job done there. The WorldCare team took care of the rest, delivering our suitable crate, taking Juno for a pre-travel health check and assisting Juno to Dubai airport, even staying with her until she passed customs. Riza was our liaison in Dubai, assisting Juno with her appointments, and Riza was absolutely fantastic, caring and helpful, keeping us updated every step of the way
