We hired Jetsetpets to help us relocate our dog and our Cat to Mauritius in January 2026 and they were brilliant. They made what was already a stressful transition for us and our pets easy to handle. From the start the communication was on point, guide us through all the paperwork required and made sure that the pets were well taken care of and comfortable on the day of the flight. They had a great partner agent in Mauritius who took care of everything on arrival and we were able to get our pets back home after a week of Quarantine on the island. Relocating a pet is not easy. The anxiety over their well-being, the complicated process involved and the mounting expenses are worrying enough to keep you up at night. We used JetSet Pets to assist us in relocating our cat Ginger from Dubai to Melbourne and we can confidently claim that this was one of the best decisions we ever made. Australia is a particularly difficult country to import animals into, but JSP are highly experienced and knew every step of the process. These steps were provided to us in their own documents that made everything crystal clear, which wouldn't have been the case if you tried to do your own research. Every action point was properly scheduled and we had a WhatsApp group for immediate communication needs. They made it quite smooth and we literally had nothing to worry about till the day of Ginger's flight (which is anxiety-inducing for any pet parent). But I'm happy to say that he has reached safely and none of this would have been possible if it wasn't for JetSet Pets. Thank you, Angelica and John for everything. For anyone reading this looking for suitable options, look no further. We had initially received quotes from other agencies and while there were cheaper options, JSP wasn't the most expensive and speaking from first hand experience...they will get the job done. And this is all that matters.

We used Jetset Pets to get Loki to Australia and they guided us very professionally and took extra mile in caring for Loki all the way from house to airport and monitoring the whereabouts and condition. They even followed up with Quarantine Center in Melbourne and continuously monitoring until Loki finally is with me in Western Australia. I cannot express enough guys! Highly recommended for pet relocation 🤗🥰
