Amazing Experience with Zoologistics! Zoologistics helped us with the emigration of our dogs to Dubai, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. They knew exactly what was needed regarding all the paperwork, vaccinations, and how the entire process would go. All communication with Zoologistics was incredibly friendly, personal, and professional. Whenever the dogs didn’t need to stay in their travel crates, they were welcomed into the office for some cuddles or a little walk. such a thoughtful touch that shows how much they truly care about animals. During check-in, we were kept informed every step of the way, which made the process smooth. A special thank you to Monique for all the extra attention and care she gave to both us and our dogs. She was always easy to reach, picked up the phone right away, and responded to emails quickly and kindly. We are very grateful for all the support from Zoologistics and will definitely use their services again next time!
The Zoologistics team managed the move of our dog to New Zealand. Only slightly easier than sending an animal to the Moon. The team were clear on the many additional requirements related to importing an animal into New Zealand which has a very strict testing and quarantine process. Always good communication and guidance. Zoologistics handled the transport of our dog and two cats to Hong Kong. Everything was handled perfect. Also on arrival in Hong Kong everything went very good.
