I would like to share my experience with Zoommpet. Zoommpet was the transport agent in Brazil for a flight from New Zealand, via Chile. I was so apprehensive because it was a long trip, but the communication and attention they gave me and my dog Wasabi made the experience much less stressful. It exceeded my expectations. The entire import process in Brazil was done with clarity and detail of every step of the trip. I received photos, videos (when allowed), and everyone was very caring towards Wasabi. I wanted to thank everyone who participated in this difficult process, both emotionally and bureaucratically. At the end of the trip, when they came to deliver her, Wasabi was next to the driver. I thought that was wonderful. I think after a trip that took 3 days, she liked not being confined to the transport crate anymore. It showed great care and respect for the animal and owner. I don't know if I will be able to remember all of the good things I want to say about this company. They say moving home is one of the most stressful times in life - well, we not only moved home, but moved continent and with our four furbabies in tow. We decided that using a company such as Zoommpet would help us navigate the extensive documentation required and also give the dogs a warm welcome at the other end. From the very start, Marcos at Zoommpet provided us with a clear and concise list of what documents were required and with his guidance, it turned out to be much easier than we expected. He also gave a detailed description of what to expect upon the dog's arrival in Brazil. No matter what, having the dogs transported over on a 10 hour flight was always going to be nerve-wracking, but the team at Zoommpet did everything that they promised they would do - emails to announce their arrival and photos as soon as was possible. Pet owners will understand the sense of relief that these early communications give you. Once the dogs had been given some exercise as well as food and water, they were delivered promptly to us. Communication was excellent at every step of the way - we had to change the address the dogs would be delivered to at short notice, and that was dealt with professionally. Every single person who works at ZoommPet is 150% in love with what they do and is highly invested in the welfare of your pets. Their attention to detail and open communication was so appreciated when we moved our cat and dog from Africa to Brazil. Our pets were delayed by the airline and were set to arrive 3 days after their expected date.
